Psychological therapy
This is for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours, and use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and/or compassionate focused therapy (CFT) modalities to meet their goals or direction of travel.
We also offer EMDR therapy for traumatic experiences, when indicated.
We have expertise in supporting people to adapt to, manage and cope with chronic illness. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Clinical supervision
You will be a privately practicing qualified psychologist and we will discuss your clinical cases.

Research consultancy
Many of our team have completed research PhD’s as well as Doctorates in Health Psychology, and have worked in research and academia, local councils and third sector organisations for many years.
We are able to contribute to academic and third sector led health service, public health or psychology research where the focus of the consultancy is qualitative methods, health behaviour change, or patient and public perspectives.
A number of us have also worked on research consultancy projects worldwide including with the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association on projects in Uganda, Kenya, Malawi & Zambia.

Assessment & diagnosis conducted by two Psychologists with training and experience in assessment & diagnosis. Report provided in line with NICE guidance. Conducted over one month. | £1300

Giving you the choice
We are a group of health professionals practicing part time in the NHS and part time in private practice. As a mental health collective, we support clients by offering one-to-one therapy, group therapy sessions, clinical supervision to other professionals and research consultancy.
It is important to us to provide quality assessment and treatment. We only have qualified, experienced, professionally registered and highly rated therapists in our collective. Trainee Health Psychologists are closely supervised, and all are in the final year of their training.
